Q: HOW TO START RUNNING WITH US?! A: Simply, come out and start running! We accept runners of all pace and skill level - don't be nervous, we will never leave anyone behind! We do our best to promote family and teamwork :) Our Weekly Events: - Group Runs: Joggers & Lagers, Bob Baker Mile with additional Speed Work, Trail Runs, and Intervals (We also offer insight/events to promote various cross training) Our Mission: To provide opportunity for physical activity, promote social connectedness, and support the running community in Morgantown.
