There is nothing more rewarding than an ice cold beer after a good run. If you agree, then this group is for you! The Mission: Get in shape, stay fit, meet new people, support local businesses in Vancouver and relieve the stress from your long work day. The Run: We run a weekly 5K/10K on the Vancouver Waterfront starting at the Esther Short Park clock tower as well as many fun weekend runs around the Clark County/Portland area. This is a group for runners of all skill levels. Whether you're just starting or a seasoned vet, everybody is welcome and nobody will be left behind. The Grub: There are many local places that serve great food at reasonable prices (locations will be announced on the week of the event). This will be our 'finish line'. I never feel guilty eating a tasty meal after a run and neither should you! After all, we earned it =) The 'Chug': Ok, so maybe you don't have to chug (beer sipping will not be frowned upon).
