Welcome to the Glendale Flash team website! Glendale Flash is a USATF youth running in Glendale, Arizona. Our athletes range in age from 7-18 and compete nationally in track and field and cross country events. Being part of Glendale Flash isn’t just about the running. We encourage all athletes to give back to their community through service and pursue higher education after high school. We welcome all ages and abilities of runners whether you want to join us in local or national competition or just get a workout in at practices.
