Our mission is to provide organizational, social, and philanthropic activities that foster injury-free health and fitness to members of the community, predominantly through endurance sports. We usually meet on Sunday mornings at 8:00 in the winter at the Exeter bandstand (with a 7:30 newbie run when requested) and 7:00 a.m. in the summer, but there is also a group that meets on Wednesday nights for a Rail Trail run, and a group that meets on Thursday mornings at 5:15 a.m. Always check our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/ExeterRunClub). Routes and paces vary, but no one is ever left behind. There is no fee to run with ERC, but there are benefits to becoming a member. Come join us any day you like. Let us know that you’re coming so 1) we can hook you up with a group of runners at about your same pace, and 2) we know to wait for you if you’re coming.
