We are a group of local women that like to run/walk together. We believe it is motivating, safer and more enjoyable to run with other women. Here are the basic group rules: 1) No men...women only 2) No charges - This is a free run club 3) No advertising/fundraising 4) Keep it positive - We are here to encourage each other.
