Club Bio
We are a group of runners, walkers, and cyclists training together to enjoy taking in exercise and fitness. Originating in October 2009, our group has tripled in size and members are still being accepted. Group Runs are held every Wednesday Evening @ 5 p.m. & Saturday Mornings @ 7 a.m. Some days are subject to change due to daylight savings time in the fall months. Your pace or mine, any pace is fine!
