In 1978, Rick Kleyman, the legendary cross-country coach at Armstrong High School, started the Medicine Lake Run Group. Now, 40 years later, the run group continues to serve as the bond that brings hundreds of runners from all walks of life together. Together, we run. Together, we push our limits.
