For back-of-the-pack runners who are looking for a run club that isn’t so damn fast Renee Quinn has a passion for running. She’s 6 marathons deep! In 2022, Renee approached Erin, curator of The Bird & Bear Collective in Holliston with this idea. As usual, Erin fully supported her community member and was eager to see it grow! Within a few weeks, the first meet-up of the 1013 Run Club in Holliston happened! Interested participants met at The Bird & Bear Collective and took off! The schedule has become more solid, the meet-ups are well-attended, friendships have formed and miles have been RUN! Renee’s desire to create a running community has been successful. AND there’s so much more to come!
